What is the best device to use on Adobe creative cloud?

I currently have a chromebook and haven't purchased Adobe... but in the future I want to become a graphic designer. So please let me know what device you would recommend for using Adobe creative cloud (student discount).

In addition to what @Peru Bob said about Chromebook not being adequate, if you're serious about pursuing a graphic design program at college or university, you will need to use multiple apps including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat DC and many others...  You will also need an above average computer to handle that load.
