I had a subscription for Creative Cloud Subscription (annual) US $ 29.99 per month. I paid using my MasterCard, Digital river got paid but i have no access to Creative Cloud ,it's like nothing has been spent !
I checked my bank account and i have a minus 287 Dhs (Morocco)
Digital River get paid, what should i do now please?

I don't understand this. Are these forums not run by Adobe? If not, why do they bear Adobe's name and branding?

The fora are run for Adobe (Adobe pays for) but are mainly thought as an interchange between users of Adobe software. Adobe has some participation, but basically they do not monitor the fora above what is required to assure that they run smoothly.
