I have had this issue for several months now, where I have been unable to use the Creative Cloud desktop app as it simply displays a white screen when opened. I have tried every solution I have seen in the FAQ and these forms, including deleting the contents of the OOBE folder, uninstalling the service through the cleaner, and updating Windows 10. Nothing has helped to resolve the issue. Even booting in Safe Mode, the issue persists. Are there any other methods to fix this?
