Every time I try to log into any of my CC apps, I get a message saying that I have to renew my subscription. The problem is that I have a pre-paid CC plan that is current until September 2019. I've check my billing and account information and everything is fine. I've tried to open 2 seperate chats with Adobe support, but they have taken over an hour to respond and when they do, there is no sound notification to let me know they are on the line. By the time I realise, they've ended the conversation and marked my case as 'Resolved' - hardly!
I'm looking for any ideas as to why I'm being asked to renew a subscription that is meant to be current...? Thanks.
