Why am I getting charged & can I get a refund?

Hi. My free trial ended August 23 and I got an email telling me so. I assumed I get charged afterwards and thought nothing of it when I did. Here's where the problem comes in: I have NO ACCESS TO ANY OF THE APPS IM PAYING FOR. I click on them and am told my trial is over so they wont open. Why am I even being charged then? I didn't notice I wasnt able to use them until recently because I didn't need the apps since the trial ended (until now that is). I just want to cancel my subscription but my account says it's all free and there's no option to cancel. SO CONFUSED AND FRUSTRATED. Please cancel my account and if you can, please refund me. Im pregnant and need to save all the money I can esp. when Im paying for NOTHING. THANKS.
