I am an Adobe user living in Korea.
CS5 product was registered and used
I tried to use the Photography plan this time, but I could not make a payment due to the country setting.
I contacted Adobe Korea, but told me that I need to register a new ID, and that the photos in my current account's cloud should be upload after the backup
It's a waste of time to re-upload photos already exists to an new account
I do not know why my country does not change because I have an already exists account .

and more angry things was she said to me could not change the country of my account in Adobe Korea.
I would have just contacted the US headquarters if I had a guide in the first place,
but I wasted my time.
I want to pay my current account, without want to rejoin.

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary to make your purchase:

CS 5 does not use the cloud, so that shouldn't be a problem.
At the time it was not possible to change the region, which is a mess for people on the road. But I think that Adobe is able now to change your country of residence.
