All of my pre installed adobe programs on my HP laptop (windows 10)
inc acrobat and master collection (CS6) are now unusable. Ever time I try to open any program it gives me this screen message.(see pic) I have not knowingly downloaded any cloud update or program.

I have never accessed Creative Cloud areas of adobe (I'm not a fan) so I have no idea why this has happend. The adobe software was preinstalled on a laptop bought over the internet and had a 'lifetime' license, (so I was told by the seller). I have followed the instructions on screen but once opened the page does not open.

Adobe Application Manager (AAM) is NOT Creative Cloud.
There's no such thing as a "Lifetime License." There never was and there never will be. Every product has an End of Life and legacy Creative Suite products were no exception.
Unless you previously purchased a legitimate license to use Creative Suite 6 when it was still available for purchase and registered it in your name, I think you may be out of luck here. Log-in to your account below.

You only have the trial.
Do you have a serial number?

No and the seller is non responsive after being rather rude.

If Amazon or eBay, you may have recourse for a refund.

Without a transfer or a serial number you do not actually own the program, so there is no way to fix the problem

Thank you this is now becoming apparent. I have left a message informing the seller that they have miss sold me the laptop and what was described as a full version and not a trial. I will now try to plead my case through Paypal for a full refund.

Good luck. But technically you bought a laptop, not software.
Only Adobe Authorized vendors, retailers & resellers can sell Adobe software. Since Jan 2017, CS6 is not legal to sell. OEM (factory installed) software cannot be transfered.

the laptop sale was on condition that the right software was installed before sale. The master collection was not asked for all i asked was that Ps & Ai be installed upon my order to meet the sale onditions.
The sake was on condition that the full software not a trial be present. if it wasn't part of the package ( no matter if it was considered free or not) and I have no doubt the price rose due to the software being installed I would not have ordered the spec of the laptop.

You're trying to pick fruit from a poisoned tree. An illegal activity cannot be used to "seal the deal." It doesn't work that way.

Dear All
thanks for your advice. I've now come to an agreement with the seller.
