Why I need to pay more for Illustrator when I am already payed for Creative Cloud

Hello,

I have one question and I can't find an answer ... I just noticed that I need to buy Illustrator as I am already member and I payed for Creative Cloud! Could you tell me please what is the problem and why I need to pay more? I have had membership from two years already.

Which package do You have own?

If single app, than license is only for that app, and every after that one needs to be buy separately, unless You have all apps package.

I have full package and I used till now all of them! That's why I am asking because suddenly was changed and I have no idea why.

Other applications works just fine? If so, please follow steps at: Stop Creative Cloud from reverting to trial mode that can be helpfull during fixing problems with messages as:

• Buy now
• Trial expired
• Start trial
• No subscription found
• <xx> days remaining

I started trail but it gave me now message that I have 6 days left. Ok thank you! I will see when the trail days finish what will happen.
