Why Premiere pro installation keeps on 4.0% everytime i try to download it

I decides to install premiere pro on my laptop but it keeps in 3.9 percent or 4.0 for hours, my MacBook has Intel acore i5, 2.3 GHz and its the 2018 model wirh Touch ID. Please I need this app for my Job 😭

Alexabersal, I am sorry you are encountering errors during the update process for Premiere Pro CC.  What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using, Alexabersal?
