The iPad apps will work on compatible iPads (depends on the generation)

The desktop apps won't

These are Windows and Mac apps, and iPads can't run ANY Windows or Mac apps; they aren't a replacement for a proper computer. Yes, a very few Creative Cloud apps have special limited apps written for the iPad.

what part of creative cloud?  the full suite, no.  the part designed for the ipad (adobe mobile design bundle*), sure.
