Win7 Enterprise PC 64Bit german OS Creative Cloud not responding at all or crashing when PC is restarted

Hi.

I have some trouble with the Creative Cloud application on my PC.

It is a german OS Win7 Enterprise PC.

My company bought a CreativeCloud license and I initially were able to download the related applications like Acrobat, PhotoShop, InDesign etc.

But at a certain time, this app stopped working.

Means when I restart the computer Creative Cloud stops working (crash) and when I try to restart it by hand with admin rights the app hangs forever.

To fix that I tried to uninstall CreativeClod and updated to the latest version, but it still crashes/hangs.

I cannot judge, if this is related to the login with my account, but I would like to update my PhotoShop 2017cc version to the latest one, but without having a running CC.exe this won't work.

I'm open for any suggestion.

If needed, we can have a TV session, to see what going wrong here.

What you can try:

  • install a new user profile and try that one.
  • take a newly configured PC and install CC on that PC.We have at our facility laptops that get attributed temporarily to users, and they get each time a new system cloned, so I took one of those to check out my problems.
