win7 with adobe cc program

Dear all, 

Why I can not login adobe cc or cloud apps in win 7 operating system now, but it can do it before? Thanks a lot.

The minimum system requirement for the CC app is now Windows 10. Windows 7 is no longer supported even by Microsoft.

I also got this error but that was resolved itself. 

I think you should restart your connection and desktop too.
