Windows can't find creative cloud on my pc.

Never had a problem with it before. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but with no luck. It means i'm now missing out on important updates to my installed apps.

open task manager>background processes>creative cloud.

is it listed?

in your search bar, start typing creative cloud.  double click to open it

Same problem, windows can't find it after i click on the icon.

I can find the exe file. it just doesn't work anymore. I can't even uninstall without uninstalling all my adobe software first. (I pressed repair when trying to uninstall earlier.)
