Windows keep asking me which program to use for PS files after last PS update

Hi,

So after the latest update, every time I double click a PS file, windows will ask me which program I want to use. It doesn't matter that I only have the latest updated version of Photoshop, or that I check the "always use this program" checkbox.

Please help... It's driving me crazy!

I know how to set the default program in Win 10. It just doesn't' seem to stick.
