CS 6 Design and Web premium individual programs (not in use for some time) are now launching as trial versions since the advent of Adobe Cloud. Windows platform. I am sure I am one of about a million people with this issue, but having trouble getting specific suppport, no telephone numbers and installing this suite of programs was a nightmare....appreciative of any help today!

It is asking for me to sign in for the trial version...I have a paid version and have fully activated and been using it for a year. This is a recent snafu... and I went through the installation from hell when I first purchased it.

I can get to the correct version of the software to open by clicking on it in Cloud. I cannot open it from my computer without it thinking I have a trial version. All versions as CS 6 with the exception of PS which is showing "Extended" which it is not.

signing in for cs6 is part of adobe's antipiracy effort (see: New Creative Suite CS6 Install – Why we did it). just click the sign in button and follow the directions.

Thank you. I followed your instructions and used one of the programs in CS 6 to do so. When I entered the license number I received another error message that the number was not valid for this software. I have purchased the software and have had it loaded and working on my machine since 2012.

one of the most common problems causing that is using incorrect installation files. if your password is for CS 6 Design and Web premium, you must use the CS 6 Design and Web premium installation files. eg, you cannot use the photoshop cs6 installer even though that's included in your suite.
if that's not helpful, go here Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite
if that's not helpful,
contact adobe support, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Thank you for your time and patience today. Your link for support takes me to Adobe Support Help "Hell" which is nothing more than a circular loop of links that do not address this situation. It is not a CS6 issue; it is not a specific software issue, none of the links address this situation which is an ADOBE issue...created by the Adobe Cloud process, not by me.
The "serial number is not valid" link I have already explored and their wonderful solutions do not apply and their suggestion to reinstall my software is the ABSOLUTELY LAST THING THE WORLD I will ever do after my initial experience with the original post-antipiracy measures installation. I understand antipiracy actions, but Adobe's response is out of control and not working for those of us who have honestly purchased the software. I did not create this issue, Adobe did. They should provide a telephone number with a live body to fix this issue for those of us affected. BTW I have been trying to resolve this on my own for one week before I even posted in this forum. Again I appreciate your responses, but they are not resolving my issue.

NannetteNoNo I am showing that you have a valid license for the Education version of CS6 Design and Web Premium for Windows.
To resolve your current errors I would recommend uninstalling the currently installed Adobe applications and reinstall CS6 Design and Web Premium. The installation files are available at Download CS6 products.
Based off the errors you are experiencing I believe you evaluated a Creative Cloud software title previously. This may have upgraded components of the Adobe Application Manager causing the current confusion with one of your software titles being in trial mode. This is an assumption but removing and reinstalling would resolve your current error and reapply the correct license.

Thanks for the response. However after my debacle due to Adobe antipiracy measures I will never ever again reload their software. Too painful and time consuming. Perhaps someone should be listening to customers more and be equally concerned with PAYING customers versus non-paying customers...sounds like Adobe has won the battle and lost the war...
Again thanks to those who have responded so graciously...
