Wiping down computer - keeping preferences

Participant ,

Hi all,

I am about to install a new OS, I'm still on Mojave, and I'd like to wipe down my computer and reinstall my apps, etc.  Does LR, PS, and bridge hold onto preferences so that they are still there when you download them from Creative Cloud again?  I'm thinking, no, but if so, how do I get it to hold onto actions, Copyright templates in LR, etc?

Thanks,

iMac OS (2017) Mojave version 10.14.6

LR 9.2.1

Camera Raw 12.2.1

ps 21.1.3
