won't let me pay for apps

I am a student and bought the discounted all apps package. I was able to download all the apps but after a week it said my trial had ended and asked me to pick a package to pay for. but when I pick the discounted student plan it says I already have it. My creative cloud app says I need to buy the apps but it won't let me
