Won't open, won't uninstall

New Here ,
May 04, 2017 May 04, 2017

So Fuse wasn't opening and i tried to uninstall-reinstall as read here and on the maximo forums, but now it cannot be unistalled!!!

it says something like (rough translation, since my system is on spanish)

Windows cannot find C:\Program files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\core\PDApp.exe. Please make sure the name is correct and try it again.

i'm on a win 10 home intel core i7 3.40ghz 8 ram nvidia gtx1060, if that's relevant D:

EDIT: I tried the cscleanertool but CC Fuse is not listed there. I don't want to select "all" because I use Photoshop..

So sorry to hear about the issue.  I'm moving this to the Creative Cloud Download & Install forum.

Can't find any other information on how to resolve this issue. I have a similar problem where the unisntaller would report a failure to uninstall:

Ran the CC Cleaner and there's nothing to unistall there as I've run it already to remove the entire Adobe CC therefore the cleaner tool finds nothing left to remove. Yet the Fuse CC (Beta) is still in its folder with app and uninstaller (non working at this point as no matter what the app refuses to get uninstalled).

Any info on how I can clean up my mac from any trace of Adobe software? It should be possible to have one's computer cleaned up from everything adobe has ever placed on it to restore to what it was prior to installing CC or any Adobe software. I don't understand why applications have to leave "litter" on users machines. Please advise and thanks in advance 🙂

Keep experimenting and creating.

Emeraldstar896 are you able to utilize any other Adobe Creative Cloud on your computer?   Can you successfully open the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application or do you receive an error?
