Won’t restore my purchase so I So share a video

This is the one of the worst apps ever. It won't recognize or restore my subscription and won't let me share or save a video. Total waste of time.

Jef, I am sorry, but I don't show any active or recent subscriptions under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. What do you mean restore your subscription? Did you stop paying the annual/monthly fee and are trying to start up the subscription again? Was the payment approved? What does it say when you log in about your subscription? Is it showing a new expiration date?

If you created a video with the Adobe suite and saved it in a readable format (ie: mp4) you can share it anywhere. But if you didn't export it to be used, then you would need the application to export the video.
