It's still not possible to throttle nor pause an app download on Creative Cloud Desktop.
Users with moderate internet speed end up with an completely unnusable internet access in the meantime.
Shall the user have to plan ahead before installing or updading an app?
I'm moving the Adobe suit from a drive to another on the same machine, and CC doesn't provide a way to do so without having to de-install, download again an finally reinstall each and every app. This is quite infuriating.

Hi @Maaatth,
These are peer to peer forums with limited participation of Adobe employees. For feature requests you need to post your query at
https://creativecloud.uservoice.com
I answered a simliar request lately with links to simliar feature requests.
Have a look at it and if the already posted request match yours do upvote them else post a new one.

Thanks for the reply, but then why doesn't adobe provide a link (as far as I could find) to uservoice with the information that it is a product of Adobe, and not an independant initiative?
You can see that the other user you answered to didn't know about uservoice either.
Users don't know how to be heard, this leads to bitterness that simple but annoying problems can't be resolved.

You are asking here a functionality that should be included in your OS. Moving installed programs from one disk to a different one can be hazardous. Look here for how to get access to direct download links: https://prodesigntools.com/creative-cloud-2022-direct-download-links.html
You will need to contact Adobe customer care for this. Read first the instructions on the ProDesigntools website. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
