You have no activated devices ...

Trying to activate Elements and LR on a third device (new laptop). Have deactivated on old laptop. I cannot activate because get "... already in use by maximum allowed computers .." error. Account shows "You have no activated devices". I'm stuck. Apps running okay on desktop PC.

(A note: your account does not show activated computers for software with permanent licenses; for this you must contact Adobe. It does show you activated computers for subscription software, and you can manage them).

On Elements, you have a finite number of actvations possible.   You may use your software on up to two devices.  Beyond that you would need to deactivate one from the software's help menu before you can install on a 3rd device.
