у меня не закачался Photoshop

Добрый день.

Я преобрела 11мая пакет №1 за 499,00 руб в месяц + НДС

Но у меня не закачался Photoshop, хотя пакете он имеется.

Вы мне предлагаете его купить еще раз.

В чем причина и как мне ее устранить.
