フォトプラン解約について

2019年3月よりフォトプランを月額払いで利用していました。

今年2月頃よりソフトを起動しようとすると「サービスは終了しました、契約更新してください」のようなメッセージがでるだけで操作できなくなりました。

その時にヘルプセンターに問い合わせたのですがつながらず、3月までは1年契約のため料金の引き落としがあるのも理解できるので様子をみていました。が、特に契約更新のお知らせもなく4月分の料金も引き落とされていました。

ヘルプセンターに問い合わせたのですが何度試しても繋がらず、アカウントを消去すれば自動的に終了するのかと自己判断で一度アカウントを消してしまったのですがその後も引き落としが続いています。再度同じメールアドレスで登録したのですが当たり前のことだとは思いますが注文履歴等も残っていません。

放置していた、アカウントを消去したこちらの不手際もありますが何とか解約することはできないのでしょうか？
