안녕하세요. 프리미어를 사용하기 위해 무료체험판을 신청했는데 컴퓨터 사양과 맞지 않아 몇일전에 취소했습니다. 취소가 제대로 안됐는지 방금 금액이 빠져나갔네요. 다시 확인하고 다시 취소했습니다. 취소가 제대로 됐는지 확인해주십시요. 그리고 이미 포토샵을 구독하고 있는 것이 있고 중복이라, 취소한 상품에 대해서 환불 조치바랍니다.
