Оформлял годовую подписку на Adobe Muse. Через 11 месяцев пришло письмо о том, что подписка будет продлена.

Нигде на сайте не нашёл информации, как отказаться от продления.

Техподдержка только на английском, омерзительно.... На кой хрен мне такая продукция с такой техподдержкой?!

Может кто-нибудь сможет по-человечески (по-русски подсказать, как отказаться от продления подписки? Или это всё будет в письме?

Please follow this doc - Turn off auto-renewal for your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and see if it helps.

Alternatively, you can also try contacting the support as mentioned in the doc if fall in any issues.

This option is not available in the Russian interface. Technical support in English only. Adobe am extremely disappointed, did not expect such an ugly support for Russian language - it is simply absent...
