Помогите решить проблему загрузки creative cloud

Добрый день. Помогите с решением проболемы: после загрузки creative cloud при запуске приложения появляется белое окно и всё. Больше ничего не происходит. При самой загрузке никаких ошибок не появляется, все устанавливается. Несколько раз переустанавливал - не помогает. Машина: MacBook Air 2021; MacOS Big Sur 11.4; CPU - apple M1. Как можно решить проблему?

first, exit (file>exit cc) your cc desktop app.

then, rename the opm.db file by navigating to the OOBE folder*.

finally, launch your cc desktop app.

Windows: [System drive]:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
