when i type the 6 number code in to activate my account is wont work. i can't go to the next step or click enter.

Hi @Mende5E7B,

Serial numbers are not 6 digits.  They are 6 x 4  = 24 digits.

CS1, CS2 and CS3 can not be activated anymore.  Those servers were retired years ago.

That said, which product and version are you trying to activate?
