Hallo,

 

ich habe ein Foto-Abo, das auch in den letzten Monaten ohne Unterbrechung abgebucht wurde, jedoch kann ich seit einer Weile weder LR noch PS benutzen, es kommt immer eine Meldung, dass meine Testversionen abgelaufen wären. In meinem Konto wird das Foto-Abo auch gar nicht angezeigt, die letzte Abbuchung wurde jedoch ganz normal wie immer am 20.01.2021 per Paypal-Einzug abgebucht.

Bei der CC abmelden, PC neu starten und wieder anmelden hat das Problem leider nicht behoben.
