Access for Student when student login - states 7 day trial?

My Post Secondary institution has a Adobe CC lisc, we have worked with Adobe CC to get the Student Access during the COVID. We follow the login procedure that Adobe sent, but there is a pop-up window that states it is only a 7 day trial?
