Hello, yesterday I started a new account with my school's email, but the school was supposed to take care of my registration in advance, so I did not know there was an error and started the account, but the option did not appear if it was personal or from a company or school, so I canceled and now I want to use the same email again, could someone help me to reactivate the email?

I just did the same thing. I deleted the account not knowing that I cant make a new account using the old email. I'm contacting the school IT department but I'm sure if that'll do anything.

Thanks. I just got in contact with Adobe support and they told me that they will completely delete my account and they will send me an email when the process is complete. Then I can just make a new account using that same email. I'm still waiting for the email. I'll let know if I have any progress.
