Acrobat DC - Error Code 101 When Trying to Install

I am unable to install Acrobat DC, Each time I retry, installatio fails after about 3%. I have had continual problems with the CC apps for some time. I cannot Launch Lightroom Classic at all (so have subsequently deleted it), and Photoshop only opens if I right click the desktop icon and Run as Administrator.

 

Help?

if you have a subscription, install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you are using the cc desktop app, what version is it and what os version are you using?
