My old Laptop does not work anymore and i have a new one, but when i try to activate my Standalone Lightroom 6 i get the activation limit message. I can not deactivate on the old Laptop (it does not start anymore), so what can i do??

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI. Tell them you need them to reset the number of activations associated with your product license/serial numbers. Once that's done, you should be able to activate the product.
