Hi I recently received and activated a 12-month Creative Cloud subscription:

However, I can only get the trial versions of all the software in Adobe CC:

How do I fix this issue? I want to install Photoshop, Illustrator, etc... but they only have trial versions for me to install. I've tried reinstalling creative cloud but the issue remains! Please help!!!!

I have the same issue too. I paid roughly 1000,- Euros for my 12 monthh prepaid suscription and within a week it deactivated itself somehow. Spent nearly an hour to check this unorganized (and to be honest, quite unhhelpful) community board and only found this topic somewhere burried with a standard reply. The support is unavaiable, even today - on a wednesday noon, no special day but chat and phone support are closed "due to holidays"... I really thought the company paypal treats his customers like 4ssholes, but I guess Adobe is quite good in that, too.
