Actualización de Photoshop

He actualizado mi Photoshop y ahora no puedo utilizar mis métodos abreviados de teclado, me sale un mensaje que pone "no se ha podido cumplir porque ha habido un error de programa ¿ como puedo volver a mi anterior versión?

Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

Install previous versions of your Creative Cloud apps (adobe.com)

Please uninstall the latest version of Photoshop first & select the option to Keep Preferences prior to installing the previous version.
