I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 Student and Teacher Editions from best buy for me to use at school. There are 3 steps that came with the CD. Step 1 - Make sure I have my school email address and proof of eligibility (got it), Step 2 - go to www.adobe.com/go/edu-validate. Problem is when I put in the product code, which is Step 6, the system tells me Identi-e does not recognize this product code and to contact support community. Please help as I need this for school. Thank you
