I purchased a stand alone disc for this product in Dec 2019. I bought this from Best Buy and according to the receipt, it is store #128. Price with taxes was 487.18 cents. Now when I enter the redemtion code to retreive the serial code to activate my product, it always states that the product has already been redeemed by another Adobe ID. Well , I can assure it was not myself nor one of my colleagues. I now assume either the problem is on your end or a Best Buy employee took the disc home and redeemed it, and then brought the disc and packaging back to the store before anyone noticed. I would like to have my product activated. Best buy will do nothing about this.

Sorry to say but in my honest opinion you are SOL (if you don't know what that stands for Google it).

First you bought a nearly 3 year old piece of software.

Secondly you waited 4+ months to open it and try to Redeem the activation code to get a Real Serial number.

 

And then we have this.

You need to contact Adobe directly through the Chat system at the link below.

Select the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session.
Type in AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI System.)

 

But I doubt Adobe will do anything for you either.
