adobe cant verify my subscription status

Hello, I have done everything I could find to troubleshoot this issue with no luck.

I was in the middle of working and my adobe programs stopped allowing me to save properly. I quit out of everything and when I tried to re-open I got this "cant verify your subscription status" message. Then after trying again I got this "An error has occured" message. Here's what Ive tried:

 

- Tried the common suggestion to check the computer date and time settings, this did not work

- Signed in and out of my adobe creative cloud app multiple times

- Updated entire mac to latest system as of today

- Updated adobe programs to latest version (it somehow still let me do this but still wotn open)

- Checked my internet connection which is functioning, and made sure there are no plugins active

 

Also signed into my adobe accoutn online and seems like things wont load there either. Im at a loss

Hey, got same problems with my account. Seems to be a technical problem with the auth. server. Hope they will fix it asap 🙂

Tmabém tenho este erro, liguei no suporte e não atendem, depois da fala ele cai a ligação, chata tembém não rola... Complicado pagar para ter esses problemas e esse péssimo suporte. Por isso a galera pirateia tanto.. totalmente parado aqui pq nao tenho suporte

Update- I just got off the phone with customer service and she had me try a bunch of things and still nothing worked. She ended up saying they are experiencing an outage of some kind and this must be why I can't verify my account. She said in 2-3 hours from now to try again. I am not convinced this will help but no other choice! Nothing is working, and she even verified that my account is active and paid for so I know its not that!

just in this moment all apps are working again. give them some minutes, and I think adobe will get the infrastructure working. 

 

And again. Cloud is cool thing, but if one cloud connection is disturbed, no one can use the service anymore... hope this will be an exception 🙂
