adobe captivate installer stuck

I tried to install a trail version on adobe captivate. BUT the installer stuck at 76% for hours as image below.

I tried it several times with several wifi but i faced the same problem

You could try the direct download to te full installer available through the Prodesigntools website:

https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-captivate-2019-direct-download-links.html

I could only see the 2019 version but maybe you can see if that works.

You could also look at the solution posted below in a similar discussion below, that relates to looking at Firewall settings.
