The problem was it was hard to delete, first I deleted the files iof Adobe CC in 'Program Files' because my 7 days trial has expired so I thought I'd just remove it again and install a new one. The thing was it was really difficult, it was still working even tho I deleted all its files. So I went to the Control Panel where I could get to choose which app would I like to uninstall/change, I picked it but the 1 thing that pops up was something like adobe cc 2015 completed with errors so I didn't what to then. Then, I used the adobe cc cleaner tool then I chosed to remove it it said it was succesfully deleted or removed but the application's icon is still in  the control panel even though it's already uninstalled and would't open. After that I tried to install it again online to get another free trial but it wouldn't install anymore it said the software aam isn't associated with programs involving this so it failed again and again PLEASE HELP

Try downloading and running the CC cleaner tool and then do a fresh install.

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
