As I have read you have kindly put in place relief for students at home but there is nothing for those who are in the vulnerable group (over 70's, retired, etc) who are having to self isolate due to Pandemic.
As I have discussed with a customer service agent, would it be a suggestion to extend the trial period Adobe currently offers to those individuals?

How would that be beneficial? A trial is offered solely for evaluating the products & services prior to purchase. If one has no real interest in making a purchase, extending the trial makes no difference either way.
