I'm a CC user and I'm running Windows 10 build 1903. Whenever CC attempts to update my Adobe products I get the following error:
The updates appear to proceed nonetheless. Any thoughts on what's going on here?

is ms visual c++ 2017 64bit installed?
Windows says that it's there...
click modify > repair.
I'll try it, I won't know the results until some new updates come out.
Updating again today, same problem.

SOLVED! I installed:
Once intstalled then remove all versions of C++ redistributables and then install the the latest version of MSFT C++ redistributable.
