windows7旗舰版64位系统，管理员运行，安全模式，清理工具，这些都试了，还是出现这样的状况，安装时在5%就弹出这样的框。

Lsc520 have you completed all of the steps listed in "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app while attempting to resolve Error Code 72?  Is your Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate computer used only by you or is it managed by an I.T. organization?
