Adobe creative cloud (ACC)

It does not update any app.

If I uninstall one up, it fails to install it.

I have twice un-installed ACC and re-installed it to no avail.

I run the ACC Cleaneer Tool and what it did was to uninstalled it. It did not clean anything.

 

I do not know what to do. Can somebody please help me.

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.

Also pay attention to new GPU requirements. See links below.

When you're system doesn't meet current requirements, you can't upgrade to latest app versions.
