Adobe Creative Cloud app won't show installed programs

Altough I followed the instructions here (on a Windows 7 PC), applications still don't show.

Hi there, 

I'm afraid the latest version of Creative Cloud apps is not compatible with windows 7, however, you can continue using the previous versions.

I have two PCs with Windows 7, where I have my Adobe apps. One is still working just fine... (being updated and all that).
