Altough I followed the instructions here (on a Windows 7 PC), applications still don't show.
I'm afraid the latest version of Creative Cloud apps is not compatible with windows 7, however, you can continue using the previous versions.

Thanks Kanika.I have two PCs with Windows 7, where I have my Adobe apps. One is still working just fine... (being updated and all that).
