How do I download and reinstall Creative cloud without having to buy another subscription?

Thank you for your quick response.

What happened is as follows:

I installed an update this morning to Topaz SharpenAI which included a plugin for PS.

Something happened after that where PSCC would not open. I got a popup message that Creative Cloud was damaged and would I like to fix it?  I click on yes and that's when things got messy.

PS refused to open-and  I then noticed that the creative cloud app was missing

I then wrote the above  request  which you replied to.

But right after I wrote my question above, I decided to reboot and see if that helped

It did.  PSCC and Bridge now open and the latest Topaz plug-in is working  from the filter drop-down.

Now I'm thinking that the CC app itself was damaged earlier and I didn't realize it.

Rebooting brought back PS but not the CC app.

Since I pretty much only use PS and sometimes Bridge, I'm wondering if there is any advantage for me to reinstall the full Creative Cloud suite at this time.  I'm assuming that if I want to use one of the other programs on CC that are covered by my subscription, I can just download it and use it as a stand-alone without the Creative Cloud app, when needed    Am I correct?
