Once I download creative cloud to my desktop I try to dowload Premiere Pro & Illustrator.
When I go to open the launch screen runs and then it crashes and I recieve the error code 205.
I run creative cloud cleaner and redownloaded the apps via multiple wifis and now ethernet, but I still get the same error. I have also done the same while disabling all firewalls and malware checkers.
I have even done all of this and tried the offline installer. I need someone from adobe tech support to take over my computer and troubleshoot the issue and all of the methods on the forums and the live chats have not worked.
