I have downloaded Adobe Creatvive Cloud repeatedly. I have restarted my lagtop repeatly. So far, when I start the Adobe Creative Cloud install, a browser tap opens. I sign in successfully. I close the browser tab. After that, nothing further happens. Please advise. Thanks.
GoWms, I am sorry you are unable to use the Photography plan you just subscribed to. Please make sure the computer has access to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html. The most common cause for new memberships not to work is a lack of proper access to the required servers.
