After i decided to reinsall windows 10 i needed to install The Adobe Creative Cloud. Hovever i keep getting the following error message contained in the attached image. I have tried all of the suggested "solutions" in the following thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install/adobe-creative-cloud-needed-to-resolve-the-problem-i... and none of them have worked. I thought maybe there was a buggy update or something so i tried installing adobe CC on my friends system (which had just had a fresh copy of windows 10 installed) and it worked fine with no problems so im wondering why i'm still getting this message i even tried reinstalling windows 10 AGAIN and i got the same result. Any advice on how i can solve this would be greatly appreciated.
Hi have just recently figured out the problem on my own.
The common files file path entry in regedit was incorrect, once i corrected it i was able to install Adobe CC.
Thanks everyone for your help!

first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, do a clean cc install:
uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

if you followed the steps exactly, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
