Whenever trying to download the creative cloud to download further apps, when trying to start up adobe creative cloud the message 'unable to reach adobe servers, please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again'. Ive tried everything I could think of, if anyone has any solutions would be much appreciated.

do you see both logos?
if you cannot, follow the suggested steps at the above link.
if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
